The ground support tower LL30S makes an excellent vertical truss that allows the safe and quick lifting of regularly loaded horizontal truss constructions (riggs) and small to medium-sized platform roofs to their service height. The straight elements of the tower consist of LL30S Standard Truss, allowing a variety of combinations. This system is compatible with the LL30S Base (Touring, Professional or Small Base), Hinge Section, Sleeve Block and Top Section.

In terms of statics, ground support towers, indoor applications, are exposed to negligible flexural strain but primarily to pressure strain. In outdoor use, on the other hand, the tower is exposed to very high flexural strain due to the coverings or roof structure.

Top Section & Sleeve Blocks

The LL30S Top Sections come with running wheels and can accommodate either manual or electrical chain hoists. Additionally, the top section serves as a dead-hanging point. LL30S Sleeves are compatible with different attachments and are suitable for various types of trusses. These Sleeve Blocks are sturdy and secure, featuring dimensions carefully chosen to seamlessly integrate with standard truss elements and corners.

Hinge set

A strong, safe and cost effective solution to erect the LL30S Tower. The Hinge Sets are 100 mm long. The half connectors with a hinge fork allow a very high vertical load. There is always 4 pcs Hinge Sets required per tower, 2 left and 2 right versions

Base section

LL30S Touring Base is identical to the Professional Base but with integrated Short Outriggers (4 per Touring Base). LL30S Steel Base on wheels is available with Short Outriggers or Long Outriggers in combination with Stabilizer Bars.

Outriggers & Accessories

The Outriggers are available in Short Outriggers and Long Outriggers in combination with Stabilizer Bars and it depends on the purpose when to use which version. At outdoor Ground Supports, Roofs, Bridges or high indoor Ground Supports the usage of Long Outriggers is to be advised.
